TPN is a retail marketing agency that is known for organizing change and inspiring connection in today’s on-demand retail environment. They started as an agency of five people and are committed to sustaining the unique culture they began with. Sharon Love, CEO of TPN, continues to reinforce and protect the values that fulfilled her as a TPN employee and as an agency leader for 25 years. These values support a culture dedicated to re-imagination.

TPN Retail is a different type of agency that I feel like we all fell in love with. Our visit consisted of trying Hershey’s new Flavors of America. The new flavors included strawberry Kit Kat’s for California, cherry cheesecake Hershey bar for New York, and possibly the most interesting flavor yet a BBQ Payday for Texas. Some of us tried them immediately and the rest of us were a little nervous about how they would taste. We also learned how TPN is not an advertising agency, but a retail agency that focuses on the customer experience. Their work consists of thinking how a customer would shop and engage with the brand while in the store. TPN was one of my favorites and it was great to see that our future could expand to so much more.
