DigitasLBi

Our group got the pleasure of visiting one of the top digital agencies out there, DigitasLBi. They are a more or less recent merger between two successful digital agencies and are under the holding company Publicis. The New York office is located in this great area of New York called Tribeca, where the office has some great views. They have seemed to have a fresh, relaxed, and fun agency culture, and they gave our group a warm welcome that consisted of some cool goodies that we got to take home with us. Our visit with DigitasLBi stood out to me for many reasons. Not only did they have cool images of unicorns throughout the office, but they provided a truly diverse panel of people who gave useful and genuine advice. The panel was diverse in age, ethnicity, lifestyle, and background, allowing our group to see all the different avenues that one can take in this industry. They spoke on and gave advice on life within and aside from the advertising industry. Spending some time talking about life aside from work was refreshing because that is something that I, as well as others, think about frequently. It was also very refreshing to see that they are open to hiring recent graduates for entry level positions.

Our visit with DigitasLBi felt more like a conversation between a group of people more than merely just a session of question and answers. This made the experience all the more pleasurable, comfortable, and valuable.
